I'm a bit weathered around the edges!
This week's Tutorial Time Challenge is: Worn Ribbon.
Here is my sample
This next card was made for a Layout Challenge for Oriental Stamp Art. I love oriental paper crafting and am a new member there.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the Tree Selections and Scenic Selections stamps fit in the film strip! What a great way to showcase your inchie stamps!
This one is a bit more traditional. I popped a Movie Gift card inside!
Good luck on the hop!

Colored with markers and sponged background.
Images were stamped in black colored with markers.

I wanted to use all of the images from this set on one card. I got them all but the lantern! I had stamped the full moose and cut off his head to pop it up. I put all the pieces aside and when I went back the head was on the tent. I thought, A Ha! and that's how the moose is in the tent!
The background is sponged. The images were all stamped in black and colored with markers. They were cut out and placed on the background. No masking for this one!
The fern from Marsh Silhouettes is my new favorite stamp. I stamped it around the focal panel in several different green inks. I stamped it around the punched sentiment too.
Good Luck on the hop!

This card was made by using the negative portion of a circle die cut. I used it as a mask and sponged in blue to make the sky/water. The images were stamped in black ink. Colored with markers.
I wanted an Oriental theme for this card. For some reason this bird feels oriental to me! I think there are koi in the pond where the cattails are growing!
Good Luck on the hop!

The special stamp set we have for you this month is:
"Marsh Silhouettes"
This card had a lot of sponging. I used a large Post It Note to separate the water from the horizon. I stamped the cattails on the base to fill the void that the card seemed to have.
The mini stamp set we have for you this month is
"Lilly of the Valley"
I wanted to make a wedding card using Oriental influences. This card was fun to make! I used thin ribbon to attach the charm.
I went the tradional route on this one. It's simple and elegant.

I melted my stamp in the name of art!
It's time for this week's Tutorial Time Challenge. This one is called stamping with Acrylic paint.
I didn't have any acrylic paint. I'm on a strict budget and can't afford to go off it for the sake of making a card. I decide to use gold Spray Paint. Do NOT USE SPRAY PAINT with Photopolymer stamps. It eats it! You read that right. My stamp curled up and then began to melt!
I got this card out of the process. I guess that was worth it! To get this effect I later tried it with Latex paint that was goldish in tone. It worked and didn't eat the stamp I used. Note to you: Wash the stamp immediately after use!
To make the card like this one you can cover a piece of cardstock with acrylic paint. Stamp the clean dry stamp into the paint to create the background. Wash the stamp immediately. Do not let the paint dry on stamp.

A box that kicked my ..tt!
It's time for the Tutorial Time Challenge #47! This week's challenge is a Card in a Box! (It's more like a large match box if you ask me. Weren't asking? Ooops!
Here's my submission this week.
I had many starts and stops making this one. I tried 8 times and threw the rejections in the trash. My Scor Pal doesn't have the measurements in the increments required so I ended up trying to make the measurements. Don't make my mistake. Use a ruler! I ended up with the ruler and marker at the end. I marked the other side and scored the marks.
