Here's the Design Team:

Come on back tomorrow for more creativity.

Today's 2 cards were fun to make. I used up some old wrinkled up washi paper on the pink card.
I made a mistake and stamped the image onto a very slick 20lb laser copier paper. I thought it would be easy to color. It was terrible! I had a real mess. I was going to wipe off the Copic marker because the marker didn't soak into the paper. When I blotted it off with a paper towel I liked the effect! It looks like watercolors!

This card has a background that I made using the Paper Towel Batik technique. Here is a link to that tutorial on MFPSpeedyTV. (You have to join, but it's free!)

Gorgeous cards - I love this umbrella. It's wonderful when a mistake turns out a triumph. The watercolour like effect really make the umbrella look like a beautiful paper parasol.

Very pretty cards. Mistakes do sometimes turn out well! Love the colour choices and the oriental paper you have used on the first one.

That pink umbrella does look like watercoloring, and I like the batik background of the blue one.

two lovely cards. I always say, "there are no mistakes in stamping just happy accidents!"

Both of your cards are just gorgeous Thrifty! I love the idea that when something gets goofed up, it's just a happy mistake! Sometimes the results are even better than we hoped for!
