I melted my stamp in the name of art!

It's time for this week's Tutorial Time Challenge. This one is called stamping with Acrylic paint.

I didn't have any acrylic paint. I'm on a strict budget and can't afford to go off it for the sake of making a card. I decide to use gold Spray Paint. Do NOT USE SPRAY PAINT with Photopolymer stamps. It eats it! You read that right. My stamp curled up and then began to melt!

I got this card out of the process. I guess that was worth it! To get this effect I later tried it with Latex paint that was goldish in tone. It worked and didn't eat the stamp I used. Note to you: Wash the stamp immediately after use!

To make the card like this one you can cover a piece of cardstock with acrylic paint. Stamp the clean dry stamp into the paint to create the background. Wash the stamp immediately. Do not let the paint dry on stamp.
