A thrifty hint is to purchase the Clorox Concentrated bleach. It works fast and dries quickly.

I am absolutely wowed by both of these! The flower is so very beautiful and I saw it on the tutorial page but I still can't figure out how you did it! I love this weeks layout challenge too, great fun and so different! Your card is stunning. When you get the time, please give us some hints on how you made these two beauties!
