Thrifty sewing is fun! So is Thrifty paper crafting! I had this mason jar in my fridge with pickles I put up last summer. I needed the jar so I made a truckload of chicken salad! I had enough for lunches for a week! (I froze the chicken salad sans mayo in 7 baggies. When I wanted a sandwich I pulled the chicken/pickel mix out of the freezer. I put in in the sink to thaw. After an hour I added in the mayo!  The buttons are from shirts/coats/sweaters I find at garage sales. I never spend over 25 cents for a piece of clothing. I cut off the buttons and use the fabric for other things!

This card was very easy! I stamped the images and cut them out! Please join me here for my Thrifty Tips!

Sew nice. Wish I knew how to sew. My mother was a wonderful seamstress. I took Home Ec sewing in high school.
Had jury duty summons today. 25 people were selected. I was left in remaining 28 group and after waiting for some time we were told we were not needed & could leave.
